Your Sancuary
Go to where the road goes no more
Back track five lots
Walk down the winding road
With large trees on either side
Look up and see the trees billowing above
Intertwining their branches
Feel them surrounding you in protection
As your feet hit the soft stone ground
beneath them
Continue to walk towards the light
Feeling the energy grounding you
Breathe in the fresh air deeply
Allowing all to go from with-in
Feel the warmth of the sun
As it trickles through the branches
Feel the gentle rocking of the breeze
As it opens up into a clearing
With the sky now opened up
Look to see the blueness
With wisps of white clouds as they float by
Gaze out in the direction of the sounds of water
As it gently laps the waters edge
Bringing with it a cool breeze
As it lightly touches and caress your face
Breathe in all allowing your mind to clear
Sit in the chair that awaits you
As calmness, grounding and love surrounds you
Know, You have arrived, Your sanctuary
