- A very good web resource devoted to self-harm. It includes lots of information, links, the Bodies Under Siege Mailing List, chats and message boards.
- Ways of Getting Through
- One website owner's personal list of ways to avoid self-harm. Some other areas of the site may be potentially triggering, but this is a pretty good list of ideas.
